Bowflex Sport Gym Independent Review
It enables you to perform over 65 body shaping exercises.It's a similiar model to Bowflex Motivator, only better. This is a new model to replace the Bowflex Power Pro model. It is speculated that the Power Pro was deprecated for two reasons: Bowflex has received a substantial number of complains that the bench has broken suddenly in the incline position. The Lat Tower attachment falls. These two problems are actually safety issues that shouldn't be tolerated. Don't know if anybody has broken neck or back (I doubt it). Fortunately, the company took this very seriously and the Sport Gym doesn't have these problems and is more safe in general and even more comfortable and you can perform more exercises.
Pulleys work great, they pull smooth and the seat glides better. The bench is adjustable so you can do more exercises (up to 60). The gliding seat is great for aerobic resistance exercises such as rowing. Rowing is one of the best ways to burn fat and it develops an amazing number of body muscles.

This model has the ability to be folded up and stored away. It's only 56 inches long and 38 inches wide when folded up.

The warranty (5 year on materials and workmanship, and guaranteed results in 6 weeks). Most of other models come with 2 year warranty.
It's great for developing legs, and you can do a lot of other exercises.

The motivator gym offers 210 pounds of power rod resistance and has the ability to do over 50 exercises. With the sport model the resistance is upgradable. If you need more you can upgrade the resistance to 310, 410 pounds. Other upgrades: Built in lower cables allow you to do squats, adjustable incline bench makes hitting your upper chest and incline curls better. You can do more then 60 exercises.
Bowflex Sport Gym has all the powerful technology that has made the company famous, ilke, patented Power Rods. Those problems with the previous model have made the company make a good successor and with this price they want to kill the competition. You should take advantage of that and buy it while the price is still low.
